Our Process.
 
We start with the best hard woods like Maple and Walnut. Designed on a computer using 3D CAD software. Once the 3D design is complete, we choose the best hard woods for the glue-up process, after planning smooth we cutting the design out on a CNC milling machine. Then trimming and sanding adding a food safe presrvative oil to bring out the beautiful wood grain pattern. Then carefully packaged and shipped to the customer.
 
We take great pride in our cutting boards because we put so much of ourselves into them through the manufacturing process.
 
I personally (the owner) inspect each cutting board before it ships for flaws, nicks or imperfections and will completely reproduce if necessary to make sure the customer is getting the best quality possibly, because as a customer that is what I would expect.
 
Our cutting boards slightly littler high cost than most, But I believe you get what you pay for. I believe the only problem you will have with our cutting boards is taking a knife to them. But it's ok that is what they are designed to handle. These cutting boards will take a beating for years to come and still look beautiful.
 
Simply wipe them clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and they will maintain their natural beauty. To prolong their lifespan, it is recommended to apply a food-safe wood conditioner periodically.
 
The images shown, show Maple and Walnut mixed together. We could also make them just Maple or Walnut if you prefer.
